Before Islam Friday was called

In Arab usage before Islam the day later known as Jumuah was called Jumuat ul Arubah or Juma tul Arbi. After Islam the day took special status with the congregational prayer. The other options do not reflect that pre Islamic title. Hence the correct selection is Juma tul Arbi.
