Joe Biden; US President; also served as what in the US?

Joe Biden served as Vice President of the United States from 2009 to 2017 under President Barack Obama. He was also a Senator for Delaware for 36 years; but “Senator only” is incorrect as his vice-presidential role is more prominent. He never served as Governor or Secretary of State.
